What restaurant owners ask us.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The QR code opens your menu directly in the phone's browser. Customers order and pay in two minutes, without creating an account.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Your customers use their own phone, and you follow orders on the device of your choice: computer, tablet or phone. All you need is an internet connection.
What about customers who want to pay cash?
They choose "Cash or card with a waiter". A waiter comes to take payment, confirms the order on their device, and the kitchen starts at that moment.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
Never. You pay a flat subscription, that's all. LEVEAT never touches your money: your customers' payments go straight into your account.
Will new features cost extra?
No. Every new feature is added to your service for free, without changing the price of your subscription.
Will meal voucher cards be accepted?
Soon. Payment with French meal voucher cards (Swile, Pluxee, Edenred, Up) is being activated with our payment provider. In the meantime, your customers can pay with their voucher through a waiter.
I change my menu often. Do I need to reprint my QR codes?
No. Your QR codes never change. You edit your menu, prices or sold-out items in your dashboard, and it's live immediately.
What happens to my customers' data?
It is only used for your orders, your receipts and your loyalty programme, with the customer's consent. Card details never go through LEVEAT: they are handled by our payment provider.
